Patrol closes Cole County road for vehicle stuck in water

COLE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Missouri state troopers closed a road just west of Jefferson City in order to recover a vehicle stuck in water.

State Troopers are currently trying to retrieve a vehicle found in the water on Meadows Ford Road. The road is closed at this time. pic.twitter.com/uY0vLgMLzo

A tweet from MSHP Troop F said troopers closed a portion of Meadows Ford Road.

A picture included in the tweet shows multiple emergency vehicles at the scene.

It's unclear how the vehicle got into the water or if anyone was hurt in the incident.
