Osage Beach Police Department warns of fake press releases on social media

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Osage Beach Police Department is warning residents about “someone outside the Osage Beach community is impersonating” the city and issuing fake press releases.

OBPD wrote on its Facebook page that the fake press releases will also show a logo of the city.
