Inmate dies at Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center

FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ)

An inmate died Wednesday night at the Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center, according to a Thursday morning press release from the Missouri Department of Corrections.

The release stated Zachary McBee was found dead at 9:53 p.m. Wednesday. He was 35. A cause and circumstance were not available and an autopsy will be performed, according to the release.

The release stated he was serving a seven-year sentence for receiving stolen property and was received by the DOC in 2019.
