COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A Columbia man was charged with attempted rape and other felonies after he allegedly assaulted a woman at a hotel on Saturday. Leonard Hall, 69, was charged with first-degree attempted rape, first-degree kidnapping, third-degree assault and second-degree property damage, a misdemeanor.
