Monday, Tuesday Ashland refuse customers to have trash collected Tuesday

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Ashland residents who typically have their trash picked up on Monday and Tuesday should expect their refuse to be collected on Tuesday, the city wrote in a Monday evening social media post.

“Republic services plans to pick up Monday and Tuesday trash routes TOMORROW. We will update if that changes. Please have carts curbside for pick up,” the post says.

The city announced on Monday that no trash collection would occur that day because of inclement weather.

Snow fell Saturday through early Monday in Mid-Missouri, and closures at area schools have occurred as a result.
