MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) — In a story published December 13, 2021, about prison staffing levels at a the Alabama Department of Corrections, The Associated Press erroneously reported that the department had 1,914 officers and supervisors in the quarter that ended June 30, 2021. The year should have been 2020.
