Why Chiefs will win Super Bowl: experience and talent

PHOENIX (AP) — The Chiefs have been here before, and on both sides of the outcome, and they know that winning the Super Bowl is a whole lot better than losing it. That experience alone is invaluable as they face the Eagles in the big game. But then you throw in Patrick Mahomes, with two weeks to rest his ailing ankle, transcendent tight end Travis Kelce and the stars of their rebuilt defense and, well, there’s a reason they’ve been favored in almost every game this season. Those factors also are more than enough reasons to believe the Chiefs will once again be hoisting the Lombardi Trophy on Sunday night.
