More than 600 customers in Boone County without power

Hundreds of customers are without power in Boone County Thursday morning as storms rolled through Mid-Missouri.

The Association of Missouri Electric Cooperatives outage map reports 694 customers are without power in Boone County.

The Boone Electric Cooperative outage map shows 642 customers without power as of 4:47 a.m. Thursday due to 22 outages. A majority of customers without power are south of Columbia near Deer Park. Other areas with reported power outages include Hallsville off Route V, Woodlandville, west of Sturgeon and Ashland.

The Association of Missouri Electric Cooperatives reports 313 customers in Morgan County are also without power.

Gasconade County reports 228 customers without power, Montgomery County shows 110 without power, and Callaway County reports 100 customers without power as of 4:44 a.m. Benton County has 60 customers in the dark.

Counties like Audrain, Camden, Cooper, Moniteau and more are reporting fewer than 50 outages per county.
