accumulations between 3 and 7 inches and ice accumulations between
two tenths and four tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35
mph.
* WHERE…Portions of east central Kansas and central and west
central Missouri.
* WHEN…From 6 PM Saturday to 3 AM CST Monday.
* IMPACTS…Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
Travel could be nearly impossible.
