11-year-old girl dies in UTV crash in Gasconade County Sunday

GASCONADE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

An 11-year-old girl from Owensville, Missouri was killed in a UTV crash in Gasconade County on Sunday.

According to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the girl was the passenger in the UTV driven by another 11-year-old girl. The crash occurred in the 3700 block of Branch Rd. at 4:40 p.m. when the vehicle flipped in a field, killing the 11-year-old.

The other girl and driver of the UTV suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Mercy Hospital Washington.
