Investors and consumers seem to have jitters this week after two American banks -- one in California and another in New York -- shut down over the past few days.
The Biden administration has guaranteed that everyone with money in those banks will still have access to that money, even though the FDIC only insures up to $250,000 in deposits.
Stock markets went for a rough ride on the news and some people pulled their money out of banks.
