Centertown issues boil water advisory

CENTERTOWN, Mo. (KMIZ)

Centertown is issued a boil water advisory for all of its residents that receive their water from Centertown Waterworks, according to a press release.

This advisory will be in effect until further notice. This Advisory is a precautionary effort following emergency repairs after a contractor damaged a water line while excavating.

The repairs are estimated to be completed by 3:30 p.m. Oct. 19. The Advisory will be lifted once water quality has been verified.
