Teen experiences serious injuries in Morgan County crash

MORGAN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A juvenile is in the hospital with serious injuries after a crash Saturday in Morgan County.

The single-vehicle crash happened just after 1:30 p.m. on Troutdale Rd. nine miles west of Tiff Mine Lane when the car ran off the road and hit a tree.

The driver, a 17-year-old juvenile, experienced moderate injuries in the crash and a 15-year-old passenger was flown to University Hospital with serious injuries.

According to the crash report, both teens were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
