Audrain County man charged with multiple sex crimes against a child

MEXICO, Mo. (KMIZ)

After a 13-year-old victim came forward, an Audrain County man was charged with multiple sex crimes against a child.

Randall Giboney is charged with two counts of possession of child porn, sexual exploitation of a minor, child molestation, invasion of privacy and making a false report.

According to court documents, a victim told investigators she believed she was photographed or recorded by a hidden camera at Giboney's home in Mexico. The victim said there were numerous times over the past few years that Giboney would touch her and photograph her that made her uncomfortable.

Investigators reported seizing a computer, a hard drive and a phone from Giboney according to court documents. Officials found multiple images and/or videos of underage girls. Court documents show that investigators found 96 images of underage girls and multiple videos.

The court issued no bond for Giboney.

Giboney has a docket hearing scheduled for Thursday.
