Phelps County sheriff identifies couple in murder-suicide
ROLLA, Mo. (KMIZ)
The Phelps County Sheriff has identified the couple that died from a murder-suicide reported Saturday.
According to a Facebook post from the department, deputies responded to the 11000 block of County Road 3160 around 7:30 a.m. after a family friend found 66-year-old Vita M. French dead.
Officials report 73-year-old Lawrence R. French was also found dead at the residence.
The Phelps County Sheriff’s department and coroner's office continue to investigate the incident.
