Missouri Department of Corrections

A Moberly woman was sentenced to ten years in a Missouri Department of Corrections facility after smuggling a gun into the Boone County Jail back in February.

On Feb. 14, Columbia police arrested Amy Wilhite for drug related offenses and took her to Boone County Jail.

In March, Boone County Jail detention staff reported Amy Wilhite hid a gun in a body cavity and snuck it into the jail.

  1. One more reason to ban AR-15 pistols with 12-inch barrels, supporting braces, and standard 30 round magazines. All those parts must have been pretty uncomfortable in the body cavity.

What is President* Biden-Harris waiting for? If they don’t sign another executive order these deadly weapons of war, meant only for killing people, will continue to be smuggled into jails everywhere. AR-15 pistols are only used by criminals to commit crimes so if these guns are banned we won’t have anymore gun crime.
