Mizzou WBB cancels next three games due to COVID-19

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou women's basketball game against Morehead State scheduled for Wednesday night is canceled due to COVID-19 concerns. The Tigers have also canceled their next two games after that - versus TCU and at Texas Tech.

On Sunday, Mizzou's road matchup at SLU was postponed due to COVID-19 concerns with the Tigers.

MU announced one member of the team has tested positive for the virus. That has caused subsequent contact tracing and quarantining.

The Tigers are 1-0 after a win in their season opener over North Alabama. MU's next scheduled game is Dec. 13 at home against Missouri State. Tipoff is at 2 p.m.
