Man receives serious injuries in Cole County crashes

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A 60-year-old man was injured in a motorcycle crash on Saturday.

According to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Charles G. Martin lost control of the motorcycle and traveled off the left side the roadway striking a median cable.

The crash happened at U.S. 54 westbound half a mile east of Penny Hollow Road.

EMS crews flew him from the scene to University Hospital.
