Boone County firefighters do a search and rescue at Eagle Bluffs

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Boone County Fire Protection District responded to Eagle Bluffs Conservation Area Sunday evening after a man became separated from his wife.

The two were walking in the area together.

Crews responded to the area around 6 p.m.

Volunteer firefighters searched for the man on foot and by air using drones.

They eventually found the man and EMS crews assessed him.
