Emergency crews help celebrate WWII veteran’s birthday

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Ed McComb, a World War II army veteran celebrated his 100th birthday on Saturday.

Family and friends gathered with McComb and watched as local groups drove by with flags to celebrate.

Officers with the Columbia Police Department, firefighters with the Columbia Fire Department, and the Patriot Guard Riders drove by the residence.
