SUNDAY UPDATES: Boone County sees drastic drop in new daily cases

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

ORIGINAL: The Columbia/Boone County Health Department reported a large drop in new daily cases of COVID-19 on Sunday.

The department reported 10 new cases, a drop from 53 on Saturday.

There have been 1,408 cases of the virus reported in the county.

On Sunday, there were 240 active cases of the virus.
