SUNDAY UPDATES: More than 13,000 COVID-19 cases in Missouri

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

UPDATE 5:50 P.M.: The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services reported there were more than 13,000 cases of COVID-19 in Missouri Sunday.

The department reported 13,147 cases of the virus.

There have been 772 deaths attributed to the virus in Missouri.

At least 193,380 people have been tested for the virus.

ORIGINAL: The Columbia/Boone County Health Department reported new cases of COVID-19 Sunday.

The department reported 150 cases of the virus, up from 141 on Friday. Out of those cases, 36 are active.

Boone county has still only seen one death from the virus.
