Woman arrested in Fulton for allegedly stealing from mailbox

Fulton Police say they arrested a woman on Monday for allegedly stealing from a mailbox.

Police responded to the 600 block of Bluff Street for a report of a man and a woman approaching houses and acting suspiciously. A witness said the woman had taken mail from a mailbox on the porch of a home.

According to a press release, officers found Christina Willard, 25, who allegedly had mail on her. The mail consisted of Christmas cards and makeup and was not addressed to her home address.

Willard was taken into custody for stealing and resisting lawful detention.
