Fulton police arrest woman on suspicion of exploitation
The Fulton Police Department has arrested a woman after a theft investigation on Spruce Street, according to a news release.
The release said officers arrested Carol M. Porter for three counts of felony stealing of a credit card and three counts of financial exploitation of a disabled person.
Porter was transported to the Callaway County Jail with a bond of $24,000.
