Missouri state auditor announces campaign for Governor of Missouri
The Missouri state auditor plans to seek election as the next governor of Missouri.
Nicole Galloway revealed in a video posted on YouTube Monday morning she will run in the November 3, 2020 gubernatorial election.
Incumbent Republican Mike Parson, who’s eligible to run, hasn’t announced plans to seek re-election.
Parson became governor last year when former Governor Eric Greitens resigned from office amid controversy.
Galloway was appointed as the Missouri State Auditor in 2015. Voters elected Galloway to the same position in November 2018.
