Quiet weekend with temperatures continuing to warm

SATURDAY: Partly cloudy, warmer and slightly more humid with highs near 90. The heat index will be between 90-93 this afternoon.

TONIGHT: Mostly clear skies overhead, with temperatures falling into the mid to upper 60s .

EXTENDED: Sunday is looking warm as well, with highs in the afternoon reaching the low 90s . A cold front will make its way into the region late Sunday night into Monday morning, bringing the return of scattered showers and a few rumbles of thunder into the first part of Monday. For the most part, much of the workweek looks fairly quiet aside from another chance of rain into Wednesday with highs at or slightly below normal.
