Osage County officials issue boil water advisory

Officials with the Osage County Emergency Operations Center issued a boil water advisory for residents in the Osage County Public Water District #3 until further notice.

Officials said the advisory is due to water line improvements.

The advisory affects:

-Residents and businesses along Highway CC

-Private drives off of Highway CC

-Highway RA

-County Road 802

-County Road 804

-The nursing home and Deutsches Heim

The boil advisory ends at the intersection of Highway CC and County Road 807, and the first address on County Road 806.

Officials ask residents to only drink and prepare food with boiled or bottled water.
