Some area utilities report power outages

UPDATE 6:44 p.m.: According to The Three Rivers Electric Cooperative, there are 321 customers without power in Osage County, Jefferson City and Eldon.

In Cole County alone, there are 147 people without power, according to the Association of Missouri Electric Cooperatives map.

There are currently 154 people without power in Callaway County and 239 people without power in Camden County.

ORIGINAL: More than 100 Three Rivers Electric Cooperative customers in Cole County were without power Tuesday evening as a line of strong storms moved through central Missouri.

The Three Rivers outage map showed 137 Cole County customers without power, 47 in Maries County, 22 in Miller County and 33 in Osage County at about 8 p.m.

The Callaway Electric Cooperative reported 244 customers without power at about 5:30 p.m. The utility reported about 150 customers in Fulton without power.

Several Co-Mo Electric Cooperative customers were also without power. A large outage affecting 146 customers was concentrated in the California, Missouri, area at about 5 p.m., with smaller outages scattered from California south to the Lake of the Ozarks area.

Other area utilities were reporting no outages or only very small outages.
