Heavy rainfall coming to an end, Attempting to dry out this weekend
THIS AFTERNOON : We’re slowly starting to dry out across the region. Clouds will stick around into the afternoon and we’ll stay mostly cool. Temperatures struggle to climb to 60. It’s a cool and damp day across Mid-MO.
TONIGHT : Under partly cloudy skies we stay mostly dry through the night. Temperatures dip into the low 50s with a slight breeze out of the northeast.
EXTENDED : A few showers will be possible on Friday, but we warm into the upper 70s over the weekend. Luckily rain chances are limited for the weekend with sunshine returning. The dry time doesn’t last long as southwesterly flow returns bringing in an active start to next week.
Be sure to check back on-air or online for the latest on the forecast as it gets rainy again next week.
