Jefferson City woman charged with felony stealing

A Jefferson City woman is charged on multiple counts of stealing after allegedly taking multiple kitchen appliances from a department store.

Rebecca Schuessler faces two counts of felony stealing $750 or more after reportedly shoplifting four kitchen mixers. Two police reports from last month show Schuessler visited the Jefferson City Kohl’s and apparently stole two mixers on separate visits to the store.

Schuessler faces a third, separate count of stealing also from March. She is set to appear in court April 26 for the third charge of stealing.
