Moberly man allegedly threatens woman with BB gun

Moberly police have arrested a man that allegedly waved a BB gun at some neighbors who thought it was real.

Police were called to the 800 block of West Reed Street a little before 9:30 p.m. Saturday for a man allegedly threatening people with a gun.

Officers came in contact with Ricco Marshall, who threw the “pistol” on the ground. Police discovered it was a BB gun.

The victim said she was “fearful for her life” because the pistol looked real and she didn’t know it was a BB gun. Marshall was also intoxicated.

He’s facing charges for unlawful use of a weapon and is currently being held in the Randolph County Jail on a $3,500 cash only bond.
