Temperatures climb through the middle of the week with our next
TONIGHT: Clouds will slowly increase through the overnight hours. Temperatures will still be chilly, but not as cold as the past couple mornings. A jacket will still be needed. We’re in the upper 30s by sunrise tomorrow. Winds stay steady out of the south up to 9 mph.
TUESDAY: A spot showers is possible tonight north of I-70 with party cloudy skies in place. Most areas stay dry through the night. Overnight lows drop into the mid 30s with winds out of the south up to 7 mph.
EXTENDED: A weak front will attempt to infiltrate some of our northern counties Tuesday, bringing a very slim chance of light showers. Winds will be picking up on Tuesday ahead of our next system. A more organized area of low pressure will move through on Wednesday though, bringing a better chance of rain back to all of Mid-Missouri. Rain looks likely Wednesday night into Thursday, possibly prolonging river flooding issues. Temperatures throughout the week look to stay in the 60s to near 70 by next weekend.
