Missouri Gov. Mike Parson is meeting with officials in northwest Missouri as the Missouri River and its tributaries continue to flood. Officials from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Missouri Department of Transportation, National Guard and local emergency services were expected to join him at a 4:30 p.m. news conference in St. Joseph.
