Four people hurt in Boone County crash
Four people were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Boone County on Tuesday afternoon.
The Boone County Fire Protection District was dispatched to Mount Hope Road at Liddell Lane before 5 p.m.
Crews at the scene told ABC 17 News the crash occurred as a vehicle traveling eastbound attempted to make a U-turn and collided with a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction.
Three people in the vehicle attempting a U-turn were taken to the hospital with minor injuries, according to crews at the scene. The driver of the other car was taken by a family member to seek treatment, officials said.
