Mizzou beats Florida to advance in SEC Tournament
The Mizzou women’s basketball team beat Florida 87-56 on Thursday in the second round of the SEC Tournament.
Amber Smith had a game-high 18 points and nine rebounds. Hannah Schuchts had 16 points off the bench for the Tigers. She was 4-6 from three-point range.
Sophie Cunningham had 13 points and six rebounds. She’s now 32 points away from becoming MU’s all-time leading scorer.
Up next – the Tigers will play No. 13 Kentucky on Friday at approximately 1:30 p.m.
