Man accused of sexual misconduct at McDonald’s pleads guilty
A Columbia man accused of masturbating at a McDonald’s restaurant last year pleaded guilty Monday.
Gregory Wolfe was charged with four felony counts of sexual misconduct involving a child under age 15 and one misdemeanor count of first-degree sexual misconduct. Wolfe pleaded guilty in a Boone County courtroom to two of the felony counts and the misdmeanor count, according to online court records. He is scheduled to be sentenced April 8.
Police arrested Wolfe last May after he was accused of masturbating in front of two 12-year-old girls in the McDonald’s restaurant on Stadium Boulevard.
He also faces a second-degree sexual misconduct charge, a misdemeanor, in a separate case in which he is accused of touching himself while a worker at University Hospital gave him a bath last September. A hearing in that case was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
