Fire engulfs home on Boothe Lane
Boone County firefighters are continuing to battle a house fire early Thursday morning.
Boone County Fire Protection District responded to a house in the 1900 block of Boothe Lane.
According to crews on scene, four people lived in the house but they were not home at the time.
Fire crews say when they arrived around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, the house was fully engulfed.

Investigators are still working to determine what caused the fire. The Red Cross is assisting the family.
