Missouri Cannabis Industry Association holds business seminar
The Missouri Cannabis Industry Association is holding its first business seminar of 2019 since Amendment 2 was passed.
Dr. Randall Williams, the director of the Department of Health and Senior Services, will be one of the speakers at the event.
The DHSS is in charge of administering the Missouri Medical Marijuana Program. The group will decide who will be licensed to grow and distribute Medical Marijuana to Missouri patients.
There will be several other speakers at the event as well, including those from the New Approach Missouri Amendment Campaign Committee and dispensers from Illinois.
The meeting will take place Saturday at the St. Charles Opera House, 311 North Main St, in St. Charles from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
