Man arrested after authorities investigate woman’s injuries at campground
A man faces charges in Cooper County after authorities were dispatched to a medical call at Brady campgrounds on Tuesday.
The Cooper County Sheriff’s Office said medics were dispatched to the campground for a report of a woman who was injured from a fall.
When authorities arrived on the scene, they began to investigate and eventually produced a search warrant for the camper.
The Cooper County Sheriff’s Office said investigators discovered drugs, a gun and ammunition.
Authorities arrested Robert Warren Roberts, 58, on suspicion of sodomy, domestic assault, kidnapping, armed criminal action, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon.
