Victim identified in fatal Columbia crash
The Columbia Police Department is investigating a pedestrian crash that killed David L. Brunk, 61, of Columbia Sunday night.
The crash happened on Old 63 North at Country Club Drive at about 8:26 p.m. Sunday as Brunk was walking north in the travel lane. Andrew J. Glines, 28, of Columbia was driving a vehicle and hit Brunk, who died from the injuries on scene.
CPD asked for the public’s help in contacting Brunk’s next of kin as efforts this far have been unsuccessful. Anyone with information should contact the Columbia Police Department at 573-874-7652 or Crimestoppers at 573-875-TIPS to remain anonymous.
CPD is still investigating the crash.
