One in custody after disturbance at Fulton McDonald’s

A 17-year-old was arrested after threatening to shoot everyone at a McDonald’s in Fulton on Saturday.

At approximately 8:34 p.m. Saturday police officers responded to a call regarding a possible domestic disturbance. A caller said 17-year-old Triston Clay was fighting with his girlfriend and threatened to shoot everyone. The restaurant was evacuated and no one was injured.

Clay was taken to the Callaway County Jail on charges of Burglary, Making a Terrorist Threat, Domestic Assault and Felony Resisting Arrest.
