Hundreds of outages in Cole, surrounding counties

Power outages have been reported in Cole, Franklin, Osage, Gasconade and Miller counties, according to the outage map for Three Rivers Electric Cooperative. According to the map, dozens of outages are affecting hundreds of customers across the counties.

Osage and Cole counties are reporting the largest number of outages as of 2:45 p.m. Saturday.

Ameren also reports hundreds of outages around the Jefferson City area and Callaway county as of 2:45 p.m. Saturday. Click here for the Ameren outage map.

The massive amount of snowfall in mid-Missouri Friday and Saturday likely played a role in outages. For forecasts and information on the storm, click here.

In a Facebook post, Three Rivers Electric said they are actively working to restore power.

“We know the Chiefs game is on soon,” the post read. “Guys are working to get power restored!”
