Boone County EMS responder suspended over social media post
An EMS responder in Boone County has been suspended over a post on social media, according to the Boone County Fire Protection District.
A viewer reached out to ABC 17 News Monday night with concerns about an apparent racially insensitive post on Facebook.
Gale Blomenkamp with the Boone County Fire Protection District said the EMS responder has been suspended pending an internal personnel investigation after a staff member saw the post.
