Hartsburg man arrested on charges of burglary, domestic assault
Boone County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man for entering a home and assaulting a resident.
Jessie May, 47, is facing charges of first-degree burglary and and second-degree domestic assault.
Deputies said they were called to a home on Maxine Drive shortly after 2 a.m., after the incident occurred.
They arrested May later and took him into custody without incident.
