Child hurt in crash outside Holts Summit school
A 6-year-old child is recovering after being struck by a vehicle in Holts Summit Wednesday morning.
The Holts Summit Police Department posted on Facebook the crash happened outside North Elementary School around 7:52 a.m. Police said the child was taken by ambulance to Capital Region Hospital in Jefferson City with minor injuries.
What caused the crash or if any tickets were issued by police hasn’t been released.
