Decreasing clouds leads to pleasant afternoon

MONDAY: With a chilly start to the day, clouds decrease through the morning commute. We see sunshine return by the afternoon with highs making their way into the mid to upper 40s. Winds are steady out of the WSW at 5-10 mph.

TONIGHT: Clear skies early in the night provides for radiational cooling as temperatures drop back into the mid 20s, but clouds will begin to build by morning. With steady winds out of the northwest up to 6-10 mph, it will be a chilly and raw start to the morning with feels like temps in the mid teens. Bundle up early Tuesday!

EXTENDED: Behind a weak cold front that passes Tuesday morning highs won’t be quite as warm as what we see today. Temperatures tomorrow will be back into the low 40s. However, the frontal passage looks dry. Winds will swing out of the southwest Wednesday through Thanksgiving leading to sunshine and a return to temperatures ABOVE NORMAL– for the first time this month. By Black Friday our next chance of rain returns to the forecast for the afternoon and early evening with temperatures close to 50. Saturday looks mostly dry with highs close to 60. By Saturday night into Sunday we could be tracking another quick moving shot of rain to end the weekend. Watch ABC 17 News for the latest on our changing weather and check back here for updates.
