Eldon police confirm one man shot, suspect in custody

Police in Eldon responded to reports of a shooting at 2:30 am on Monday, Aug 6.

After arrival they found one was with a nonlife threatening gunshot wound in his leg. He was flown to a local hospital.

The suspect is in custody. Police will release the suspect’s identification information after charges are filed.
