Part of Highway 63 shut down after truck crashes

Part of Highway 63, north of Jefferson City, was shut down Friday morning after a truck partially overturned.

It happened on the bridge heading to Fulton, just past the exit ramp to the Missouri River Bridge.

According to Jefferson City police, the truck hit a barrier on the side of the road, went airborne and landed on the shoulder of the road.

The driver suffered moderate injuries in that crash.
