Trial dates scheduled for suspects in Carl DeBrodie’s death
Trial dates have been scheduled for the five people charged in the death of Carl DeBrodie.
Online court records show jury trial dates have been set for Anthony R. Flores, Sherry Paulo, Mary K. Paulo, Anthony R.K. Flores and Shaina Osborne.
Anthony R. Flores, who is charged with two misdemeanors and three felonies, including involuntary manslaughter, is scheduled to go to trial Nov. 28.
Sherry Paulo’s trial is scheduled for Aug. 21. She is also charged with two misdemeanors and three felonies, including involuntary manslaughter.
Mary Paulo, who is charged with misdemeanor making a false report of a missing person, has a trial scheduled for Aug. 21.
Anthony R.K. Flores is charged with two counts of misdemeanor making a false report of a missing person. His trial is scheduled for Nov. 29.
The trial date for Osborne, who is charged with misdemeanor making a false report of a missing person, is set for Nov. 29.
