Lightning strike causes power outage in northern Columbia

ORIGINAL STORY: A power outage due to a lightning strike is impacting 1400 customers in northern Columbia.
The strike happened near the Blue Ridge substation.
Crews are working to fix the outage, according to the City of Columbia.
